I was feeling a littel edgy over the weekend...but managed to keep it under control.

Today is just a mess. I took a xanax, a hot bath, meditated...but nothing is working.

I'm able too function, so it's been worse.

Trouble is....it's not over anything specific (that I know of). Usually I have panic and anxiety over something specific.

gah....at least I have a therapy appt at 1.

Do you know how an ant eats an elephant? One bite at a time. That's how anxiety is for me. Usually not one big thing, but lots of little things.

thanks guys....it did help. i really like my therapist and she helped me sort some things out. and yeah, it does seem that little things can pile up...just need to handle one at a time and not get overwhelmed!

but I know i'll figure it out. i just know it!

thanks!

I'm glad therapy helped. I get a lot of anxiety without a clear cause so I can really relate.
