Yes it started when I was 5 years old, I lost my second tooth, I swallowed it, I was so panicky and worried about the fact that the tooth fairy was not going to come cause I had no proof of a tooth that came out. It took so much conviencing on my parents part so that I would not worry so much about this issue. Then after that my anxiety build (over a lot of other things) like a huge thunderstorm. I really think that is why I started graying at 18 years old......

It right after i started living with my alcoholic abusive aunt. I was 21 years old and she used to pass out drunk at 3 in the afternoon just to wake up at 11 pm andget drunk again. she had 3 kids and she would be so nice to them drunk, but sober, was another story. My anxiety started around then. Once i moved out, it got a little better. but it is pretty constant anxiety now. no panic attacks (bad ones) since i moved out 3 months ago. So i have been a sufferer about 9 months now.

I think my first anxiety attack was when i was about 3 yr old.

my mom and aunt took me to a park and i went up the slide. I got to the top but couldnt slide down and couldnt attempt to climb back down the ladder. All i remember is being terrified and screaming and crying.
That is also the first time I remember that I noticed my phobia with heights.

I think I was in the third grade. I was born with a bilateral cleft palate and lip. I was CONSTANTLY teased. My parents took me to the doctor because I had "tummy issues" (gut issues). The doctor told my parents that there was nothing wrong with me physically and that I was just a "worry wort." He told me to stop worrying to much. That did a lot of good...not! Years later and I'm still in the same boat...different triggers, same issue.
