dublin, Hi. Can you try doing one thing to pull your mind in another direction? I have a jar of very strong dark chocolate that I use to change my focus. I use taste to stick my toe into the spinnng fears. I can breath once I've put dark chocolate into my mouth. That gives me a chance to plan my next coping strategy: call a friend, take a bath, come on line here, whatever gets me through moment by moment until it passes. Hang in there.

My anxiety level has gone down from 1000 to about 5 out of 10.

I'd like help with anybody who has problems after an anxiety provoking event happens...how to stop the repeative thoughts?

Thanks,

Dubz
