I have panic attacks and I was wondering how I could better control them, because it takes me a long time to calm down and become normal again. Any tips??

One thing that can help a lot. Is just taking a moment closing your eyes and focus on your breathing. Your stomach should expand as you breath rather that your chest going up. One way to make sure you are breathing correctly is to lie on your back with your hand on your stomach and make sure your stomach is moving.

Welcome to PC. To help control panic attacks, try to relax your breathing, taking nice deep steady breaths. This helps slow your heart rate down which races during a panic attack and when it continues to race so does the panic attack. Have you been to a doctor about your panic attacks? If you have them often, a trip to the doctor may be in order. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
