Take some deep breaths - let them out very slowly. I don't really know what else to tell you for when a panic attack grips me it is frightening. Are you able to isolate yourself from people around you? Are you able to go for a quick walk?

Close your eyes for a bit. Breath deeply!

I am sending you comforting and calming vibes!!

Absolutely! Being alone (feeling alone) when this happens is the worst. You are most welcome to PM me!

Oh my - I found the deep breathing difficult too (even though I offered this advice) - I just did not know HOW to help you and really felt that I needed to.

I tend to isolate myself shortly after an attack. And reading that sentence, I am thinking that could be what helps me after an attack - isolation, but just for a little while.

During the attack - hun, I just don't know. You are at work - I have had many attacks at work. I had my own office so was able to contain (or hide) them. But I shall never forget the intense fearful feelings.

I really do understand. I wish I could help more though ........

ANd there you are!!! Well done special one! You will be just fine, for you have that understanding that is so difficult to "understand" let alone grasp!

You WILL get through this day!!

We are most probably on different time zones - please post at the end of your working day - I shall feel so much better knowing you are ok!!
