I can't stop it, I worry about everything constantly. I'm on meds but lately I just can't stop. I know I should call my psych but I just can't. The thought of it makes me freak out. I was worried about posting this. I worry about what will happen, what has happened, I worry about what might happen-- I worry about everything. I can't bring myself to do anything. I feel paralyzed by it.
I just can't stand it. I've tried meditation, positive self talk,I've tried exercise.

I can't function like this. It's spiraling out of control But I just can't stop it.

You really need to reach out for some support at this point!!! As much as the anxiety has control of you.. you need to talk to somebody, like your pdoc or a T or regular doc. I hope you are able to do that, and start feeling better soon.

Why not get it all out here where people can listen and understand more of what you are going through. It would be better as healed said if you could talk to your therapist also. Express yourself both here and with doc. Can't harm, only help I think.

I am sorry to hear your still struggling and are having difficulty finding some kind of solid ground or balance to help you move forward. I hope you ARE seeing a therapist about this you simply cannot resolve this on your own.

I just want you to know that your not alone and you CAN find some direction both here and in therapy that can help you learn better coping skills.

I can see that you had a very troubled childhood and that your struggling with PTSD.
Well, me too and I have come to learn more and more that the PTSD itself if very hard to understand and can present the confused thinking that your expressing here.
I suffered like that too and was very confused. But I have been learning more and more about PTSD and what it means and how it is effecting me. That has helped me understand that when I felt like your expressing here, it was because I didn't understand the disorder and that that thinking was part of it.

When you get therapy you will work with a therapist that understands this and can help you find your way past these uncomfortable periods of confusion and begin to learn how to help yourself more and more. You certainly deserve to address this and get help. In time you can get stronger and learn how to slowly overcome this just as others here have.

((((Hugs))))

Hi
You are not the only one suffering from this kind of issue. There are lot of other people having these kind of worries. You can tryout hypnotherapy in alternative medication which can heal you and help you in getting rid of your worries from the root. Good luck.

My suggestion would be, ask your teacher. Your problem might be that you focus o the wrong aspect of the problem. Tell me, can you count? Why did you eliminate more words? Did you think words are like change back from a ten dollar bill? Did you think, "Just lop off the last few words; the sentence will make sense." You could have asked if you could drop twenty or more words, or twenty or a few less words, but you didn't. Do you have a tendency to break the rules and want to break the rules? Are you oppositional? Why not concentrate on what you might do to avoid such errors in the future. Maybe it is time to change your life around, for the better.
