The anxiety will kill me. I worry, worry, the attacks come. Everything I feel in my body...aches, pains, pimples......worry, worry, worry. Then anxiety. Why won`t the worry go away. It is a constant battle. A battle I usually win but some days are just so hard.....I`m grateful for this place...

Hi Shearmaniac,
I know what you mean about worrying. It's not like it helps anything. It just gets your tummy all scrunched up and you lose sleep and then everything turns out to be alright in the end anyway.
Is there anything you can do to help get your mind off the worrying? I play video games. It sounds dumb but it helps me out a lot. Try to find something that helps you forget to think about and worry about whatever it is you're making yourself crazy worrying about.

ShearManiac I am sorry for how you feel . I too have anxiety and then get mad and depressed over how I am, as in a worry wart. I too have hypochondria at times and have been told it is a form of OCD...You may want to post this in depression and see if anyone see's it. I don't think many post in this area. You have my support. hugs

Thank you so much. It really helps sometimes just knowing others feel what we do. I really appreciate it....
