Sometimes it does make me anxious, but getting my words out there makes me feel better. I think you can learn peace BadWolf. Are you taking anything to help with your anxiety? If not you probably should see a doctor right away.

Thank you both for your replies. i guess i am mostly anxious about opening up.

also, i am taking something for my anxiety. and i am in therapy.
