Slept 20 minutes this morning woke up with a headache and was having trouble breathing. Took a warm shower and when i got out was dizzy and so i went to my room and sat down on my bed and threw up... I thought maybe watching something would get my mind off everything so i went to the living room. The tv was static so i changed the channel then my dad yelled at me and said that he was doing something and he should have took the remote with him so i couldnt of changed the... channel. Feeling unimportant and more anxious just laying in bed and trying to clear my mind. Not really sure how to do that? Stareing at the ceiling doesnt seem to work and everything i have tried has made it worse.

Sorry you're struggling with anxiousness. Does this happen often and are you getting help? Can you go for walk? Does simple slow breathing help. When we're anxious we often breath very shallow short breaths. I understand how you feel because I used to suffer with anxious feelings when I was younger - used to get panic attacks as a child.

I'm sorry you are feeling like this. I have many days when I barely sleep and I"m too dizzy and groggy to function. On top of that the anxiety is crazy and makes things worse. What I would do is to try to create a relaxing atmosphere so that you can rest a little bit. Maybe take a few deep breaths, stretch a little bit, make a calming tea and put on some music you enjoy.
