sit them down and tell them how you feel and suggest you think you should see a therapist to assess your situation.

Hang in there. I want to die sometimes too. Don't die! You will not go to a heavenly place, it will be a complete lack of consciousness which is worse that being alive and feeling SOMETHING.

Take cares and hugs to you. There are a lot of people here who feel like you so try to take some comfort in that if you can... many of the people here are in kind of a brotherhood/sisterhood of kind of wanting to die but managing to stay alive just for the hell of it

Yes, a lot of us really do know how you feel! You are not alone, and there certainly is help.

If I can share something with you...it might be triggering though.
I have survived more suicide attempts than I can count. Been to the psych hospital many times. Been on many different meds. And now I see my T twice a week. Counseling and the right meds have changed my life. Even though everything is certainly not perfect right now, I am still very very glad that I survived every one of those attempts at taking my life. If I hadn't, I wouldn't be here to encourage you right now. And to tell you that there is another side.

It may not feel like it right now, but you are NOT alone. We are here for you, and you WILL make it through this!!

Don't be sorry for your feelings. They aren't right or wrong, they simply....are. Yes, please call a suicide hotline (numbers n the Depression forum), and find a good therapist...Talking about it....does help.
