And yet the anxiety is overwhelming. Why do I even attempt to open up online when it hurts so much.

Offline things are the same. Anxiety. Hate it. Anxiety. Sigh. Anxiety. Sigh.

PS. Anxiety. Sigh. Anxiety. Sigh. Anxiety. Sigh.

Awww, Fuzzy you don't ever do anything wrong in your posts.
You are telling it like it is and that is what we are suppose to do.
I, for one, am very proud of you and proud to be able to call you my friend. Anxiety. Sigh.
I hope you continue to post, to tell us how you are feeling so we, your friends, can support you the way this forum was meant to be.
Sending you lots of gentle hugs,
Linda

I understand exactly how you feel. However after one month of torture and suffering, yesterday I made up my mind not to focus on my symptoms i.e. I ignored the palpitations, cursed the feeling of intense terror and fear of death.....kept myself fully occupied with the things I enjoy doing on a Saturday...and to my surprise it worked!!! I had a wonderful day yesterday. Hope I can sustain it again today. Try it and see if it works..it takes a lot of "bad mind" to do it!!
