hey angel....what are you so anxious about?

hmm well i definately get very nervous and have alot of anxiety when it comes down to taking tests. so it happens alot for me. so i think i know how you feel. then again i probably have no idea. have you tried to stop yourself. i know its hard. but maybe go for a run. When im really anxious about something working it off really helps me. maybe try that next time. Run as fast as you can....see how that works for ya

Hi Angel,
I'm so sorry your meds don't seem to be working for you.
How long have you been on them.
There are alot of meds that you can take for anxiety now. Maybe your body has gotten use to them and aren't working properly anymore.
Maybe it's time for a change.
Sending you gently hugs,
((((((((((((((((((((((Angel)))))))))))))))))))))))

Hey Ickydog, Woods and Boopers,
Thanks for the comments...and hugs. Very often I have "nameless" anxiety...just plain old anxious. Today, was a much better day....what a difference a day makes...I guess that is what we all have to keep in mind all of the time...taking it a day at a time...sometimes a second at a time..."this, too, shall pass". Thank you all for being there for me!!

i hope things are better now. i hate that nameless "anxiety"......i become more anxious trying to stop that than i do when i have a reason to be anxious............
