Why is it that anxiety creeps up on you for no reason? I'm sure that something triggered it otherwise it wouldn't happen.

I don't feel as comfortable in my house anymore, I do but it feels different.

I use to think of my house as my safe place, as long as I was inside I was fine. Anxiety would fade, now it doesn't really.

I find being with my boyfriend, even just being in his presence and at his home I feel fine.... Even if I am panicky ( which is rare ) or just anxiety ridden a bit because i've worried to much all my BF has to do is the simpleist of things and I feel fine.

I know alot of the anxiety is brought in by worry, that is for everyone I think isn't it?

I know how to control it, that's not really the problem here, I want to know why it pops up so often and why can I not really pinpoint the exact reasoning behind it?

I can pinpoint now if I get any anxiety, (my bf is going on a trip for 4 days) so that may cause me some anxiety, but other then that .. what's the reasoning? anxiety pop ups, i'm sure lots of you can relate

It can get so frustrating at times....

Unresolved personal tribulations, e.g. wants, needs, desires, childhood trauma. Cacophony tempests of FEAR, percieved personal vulnerabilities, rejection, betrayl, indifference and apathy. Confiding in others for your emotional health, it's a hell of a lot easier for someone other than ourselves to relieve our own weighty burden. Hell, I could be totally wrong, but the Holy Grail is very near.

Welcome Romans.... interesting text you have chosen for your s/n, perhaps we can discuss this later on?

Yes, personal traumas, big and little, can cause the anxiety to "pop up out of nowhere" but of course it does come from something, doesn't it?

And, if I read you correctly, you say that having someone else in your life, to whom you can direct, or place our security upon, is easier than bearing this ourselves? If that's what you mean, I agree. Having someone else for security feels nice for a while eh?

Certainly many things are very near "closure."

Um... yep, Hun. Some people seem to be talking in riddles. I understood it and I'm not sure I like it. It doesn't belong on this forum.

So, don't worry about it, ok? Someone else will have an answer that you can understand. anxiety pop ups, i'm sure lots of you can relate This one was too way out for most anybody here...
