went to docs. no ,ore sleeping pills no ,more diazapam.

gave me some other %#@&#! thats sposed to relax me. i shouted at him and told them their service stinks and no one listens.

you just have to pick yourself up he says.

i slammed the door as i left, came home and screamed and threw thing like a kid.

my 15 year old son was here. how crap am i. i just cant take any more.

That doc should never never have told you that. What the doc needs to do is get you in mental health faster than the 2yrs waiting list. I am soooo sorry that your mental health care stinks!!
And losing it in front of kids....I've been there, done that...its ok. You are angry and frustrated..understandably so.

Sometimes they don't seem to listen...sorry you had to experience his comment.

Outbursts in front of our children happen. Sometimes I prepare my kids by saying, "daddy really needs it quiet while driving home" or "daddy needs a time out". Sometimes we are on auto pilot and don't have the ability to prepare them. Many times, I've apologized for a specific outburst. It seems to go a long way...

By the way did your doctor take you off cold or with a transition schedule?

THANKYOU FOR REPLYING. I DID GET SOME NEW ANTI PSYCHOTICS AND I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AND THEY'RE NOT ADDICTIVE.

MY SON AND I HAD A REALLY GOOD CUDDLE AND WE APOLOGISED TO EACH OTHER (COS HE SWORE AT ME)
