Hi all & hope you had a wonderful Easter!
![]() ![]() ![]() Just wanted to share some things I do to help myself-I'm into gemstones & lepidolite helps with anxiety-it's a beautiful purple stone with flecks of mica in it. You can find it online or at metaphysical stores. Also, does anyone out there practice mindfulness as a tool to fight anxieties/obsessions? My therapist recommends that-it's hard to be aware of the little things but I've learned the secret is LIVING IN THE MOMENT! ocd chick |

I've read about mindfulness and zen buddhism and have tried it. I find that when I stick to it, I'm generally less succeptible to things that would trigger me. The problem is that if one thing sets me into a bad mood, I get so down and then I get all lethargic and get off the wagon so easily. If you can stick to it though, I believe it will bring nothing but good to your life.
