My pdoc suggested I take Citalopram, and I said ok. I have a basic mood disorder that is not very severe, however I have additional problems coming from whatever reason.i.e. low level but lifelong of Anxiety, 20+ year scalp picking (ocd or anxiety?)
Usually my mood is a low level swing between, game paying, sedentary, low energy, introvert with lack of interest in things to a little higher energy, more extrovert, (occasionally manic), insomniac.

two days on citalopram, so far so good (all I have is a very little headache)....please keep your fingers crossed for me and may you all be well.

I truly hope that the medicines work out. But remember, they are not going to be a magical cure but to help you deal with your problems and letting you be in your center. Just be careful if you feel bad or sick and talk to your pdoc immediatly.
Thanks for this!
