normally i would have a few panic attacks a week (average 2-3). but lately (for the past two months) ive had up to three in ten minutes. its not a constant like its a guarantee i'll have it this often, but its definately a hell of a lot more frequent than before. i dont think theres anything in particular thats causing it, i dont need a trigger to have one, but i was just wondering if anyone has any idea what the hell is going on?
any ideas welcome even if you think it sounds stupid and its only remotely connected.

I'm sorry this is happening more frequently to you. Unfortunately, I don't have any specific ideas ![]() Are you on meds for your anxiety or any depression meds? If so, have you been on them for a long period of time? If that is the case, maybe they need to be changed a bit? Do you have a T and/or pdoc that you can call and let them know this is happening? They might have suggestions for you. Maybe its a matter of waiting out the attacks, reminding yourself with each one that it will not last and that nothing bad is going to happen to you. Busy yourself with something and try to take your mind out of the loop. I'm sorry, but that's the best I can come up with at the moment. I hope you have a better time of it real soon! Hugsss J |
