The last two weeks has been stressful due to the hurricane and after. It really caused me tension prior the hurricane that I think I was holding into that and after I feel some anxiety or being anxious this past few days. I have learned that my doctor have sent my Prozac prescription during the week of the storm to two pharmacies

The real answer to stress is resilience.
I like to meditate being myself like the Himalayas, able to withstand all storms of life and be there unmoved, immovable and eternally centered onto my own. Reminds me of this quote by Victor Frankl: “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” All the best ![]() |
