I suffer from panic attacks on a daily basis, I'm now at the point of vomiting through out the day. I can't go on like this, I've tried so many meds but nothing helps. I feel like I'm going to die and no one can help me.

I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. I deal with anxiety on a daily basis. It tends to go up and down. So I can relate. Try to answer this question: What do you think you can do right now to feel better (even just a little better)? Try listening to music, watching something entertaining on TV, or watching a few videos on YouTube. That usually helps me feel better. Try taking a walk outside. Try talking to some friends. Do you have any friends that you can call, text, or talk to? If so, it may help to talk to them. Talking to a friend may help to distract you from what is bothering you. Having someone to talk to, such as my friends or siblings, helps me to feel slightly better, even if my stress hasn't gone away. Maybe exercise.

Try to figure out what is causing these panic attacks. Is it a worry? Are these just random panic attacks?

Sometimes, I like to remind myself that: everything will be okay. It doesn't help, but I try to remind myself every single day.

I'm sorry if I couldn't help. I wish you much luck in getting over your panic attacks.

I'm sorry. My panic attacks have gotten much worse lately and I hate it too. I've had to miss parts of classes due to it and tend to stop homework too. Do you know what triggers them? Maybe that could help you figure out what is making your body react like this and then work on it.

I completely understand how you feel. I feel like this all the times. So I understand what you are going through. Remember that you are not alone in this.
