I've found that when it is unusually cold or if I have to be in sun,it is a big trigger for my anxiety. I usually try to work around it but it is making my life a whole lot harder with all the doc appts and other things need to be done during the day.

Has anyone been anxious due to this and do you have any suggestions??/

I have anxiety that acts up with cold dark temperatures. Sunny days are much easier on me but actually being in the sun for too long is also a trigger for my anxiety. SO, i use those old school yellow bulbs in my rooms at home which helps a lot especially during cloudy non sunny days. you know, giving my mind an illusion of sun. Winters out here are short and mild, comparatively speaking, so i consider myself lucky that its over fast enough.
