Not having my portions correctly weighed out while cooking food at home. My poor boyfriend just held me trying his hardest not to look confused.

A couple of times I've had near panic attacks when I suddenly realized I forgot to say thank you to strangers for small nice things they did, like moving to one side on a narrow footpath so I could pass, for instance. What an awful horrible person I am! I need to scour the earth searching for that stranger to explain why I forgot to say thank you! I hope they will forgive me! I mean it's ridiculous really.

I got nervous going to the store for some reason... im still not sure why i was nervous in the first place lol it was the only time i ever felt nervous going somewhere. I dont experience anxiety though, i merely get some butterflies in my stomach and maybe a twitch.

Well I just had a mini panic attack because a plane outside cast a shadow over my window. I live close to a major international airport.

I get nervous going to stores too. Most of my panic attacks actually happen while grocery shopping. I don't know if it's the crowds, or the decision making, or the smells, or a combination of all that. It's weird. Never used to have this problem until a few years ago. I get panicky sometimes in other types of stores too. Needless to say, I hate shopping.

I had one randomly when I was jogging. I guess I was a dehydrated because I had gotten light headed, depersonalizing(which has been the recent trend for me in mode of panic..replacing my once rapid heart beat) and ended up running past my street. I swear I stayed up all night researching Alzheimer's. I still reflect on that day...
