Reading over internet to prevent any health issues get me to severe anxiety because mild symptoms make me worry too much and constant thought of health issues in future. It went extreme level that I keep on walking without able to sleep at night some days. I also got depressed i.e not interested in doing anything. I would like to get advises if some like me and how they over come the anxiety. Thank you very much, you save my life.
