I'm worried about switching and taking Venlafaxine. My psychiatrist says I have a lot of anxiety, but after reading some reviews about Effexor i'm contemplating.

I'm less anxious this afternoon. Things are starting to work out. Will try to relax for the rest of the day.

I have a discussion post that I haven't even started... and work stress... and then T didn't help

And my anxiety meds are not working, I need to get this straightened out.

I have soo much to do then add this stupid virus panic, leads to so much and my thoughts have not been where I Want them to be.

My anxiety was bad but I’m trying to cool it with the Xanax for medical reasons. I’m down to just the one for maintenance and my visteral.

I'm sort of calm this morning. Maybe a little stressed about the news but not too bad.

I was prescribed visteral and I still haven't taken it. Does it help anxiety or it just makes you drowsy?

I have anxiety about my wife coming home tonight. I had such a good day with the kids during this whole virus lockdown. Now I have to pretend to be happy and I'm afraid she will notice it is fake and be upset with me.

Yesterday, I was off the charts. Then I found this forum.
I realize I need to read shared stories of struggle.
It is so easy to feel that everyone else is doing great and I'm alone in my mental health problems.
No - absolutely not true. There is so much to be stressed about. But finally I'm feeling calmer.

Sorry I just saw this now. I was on 50 milligrams for a few months in 2015 and it made me a complete mess. It made me very drowsy and my anxiety a lot worse. In December when my doctor suggested it I told him I would only go on 25 milligrams and it’s made a huge difference in my anxiety. It also does not make me tired.

So see if you can get 25 instead of 50. Less is more in the visteral situation.

I’m on Xanax too and those 2 combined make my anxiety manageable.

Currently it’s not bad. I’ve also been awake for awhile though and I don’t feel much of anything when I’m awake like this. I just think stupid stuff on TV is funny when it’s really not.
