My anxiety has gotten so bad it’s pushed me over the deep end.

I'm having super panic and anxiety now. Ever since I started having insomnia I am very anxious and worry before bedtime. All I think about is will I sleep, I'm so anxious I can't sleep, what if I don't sleep and can't go out or drive tomorrow. That says it all. I'm exhausted and going crazy.

For as bad as I’ve been feeling lately I’ve been taking way less Xanax then usual. Maybe that’s why I’ve been feeling this way. Because I’m not taking the usual 3 a day. And that’s a whole different problem on its own.

My anxiety is bad but not as bad as my overall mental health symptoms are.

I'm feeling anxious this morning. I ordered groceries yesterday. There was a 24 hour wait. I hope most of what I ordered is in stock, especially the paper products.

I feel awful. I woke up with a swollen cheek because of infected tooth. I can't get into a dentist. My anxiety is sky high. None of my coping skills are working.

I am meant to be going to KFC this afternoon.

a little worried that they might have carona their, but I guess a little reasured that the suspected case they thought they had at a nearby leisure centre turned out not to be corona.

so I probably will go

on the subject of corona, I read something today about a test you can do every morning

hold your breath for 10 seconds, and if you cough, become tight around the kneck, then you have stuff in your lungs

this is actually reasuring me and I will be doing this regularly

Anxiety is not bad now, but if I can't go to work next week and end up cooped up at home, it will get worse.

I heard about that particular message. According to my news here, it's fake news. It's phony. Sorry.

My anxiety sucks today. It’s just this never ending PMS. I should have had 2 periods by now. My doctor says it’s normal though and that all my moods and physical symptoms are indeed because of the PMS. But when the **** will I get my period is my question.

Today I am calmer. I tried to check a little of the news but got too anxious. So I had to stop. I'll do some cooking to distract myself and then I'll read to relax. Hugs to all!

Just the usual bad anxiety, zero period crap I’ve been dealing with for weeks. I’ve been spacing my Xanax and visteral unlike yesterday though. It’s almost 5 and I’ve only had one Xanax and my visteral.

Starting to worry myself sick about coronavirus, and the potential for the loss of work in the immediate future. I can't afford to take time off! Worrying myself nauseous.

Not as much as these past 6 weeks, since I got my period last night, and I also have my compression shirt on but yeah for sure the anxiety is still looming as it should be.

I'm sort of calm this morning. I've been busy playing my game and texting family. Just trying to stay distracted.

My anxiety is high today. Not specifically about the virus although that doesn’t help.
