I am now very afraid that I might have left a hose on the outside faucet to freeze and bust. There is small amount of water on the back patio and I am not sure where it’s coming from. The thing is I’ve known for weeks I should go around and unscrew it but I just was to lazy I guess. I know in one sense this seems small but it’s just a smaller symptom of my larger problem, I can never get out of my own way, I neglect everything until it’s too late.

Aww, don’t be so hard on yourself! We only ever focus on the mistakes we make, not the good choices we make. I’m sure you make lots of good choices as well, and you’re only human, so be a bit nicer to yourself. :-)

I'm so sorry, annoyedgrunt84 I agree with Reagan85. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone can make mistakes. You're only human, after all. That doesn't mean you're bad or worthless. You just need to work on yourself a bit. That's normal. I'm sure you'll be able to accomplish great things. Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help. You could learn new ways to cope with your feelings. I hope you'll be able to get the help you need and deserve. You deserve to get better and to feel good just like everyone else. Stay strong, annoyedgrun84. Stay safe and take care of yourself. I'm so sorry, I know it's hard. Please don't give up. I hope things wil get better soon for you. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

It sounds like you’re having a lot of anxiety. Have you been under a lot of stress and you need some time to relax maybe?

Sorry to hear that

I went thru a stage like that

People said to me force myself to do things but they did not understand because they have never felt the way I do sometimes

I kinda learnt that yes I should push myself but i also learnt that sometimes its not possible and I take. A break from life and have lots of sleep

I know some people will say it's bad but I really think sometimes its necessary. That's just my thoughts

I wouldn't be so hard on yourself
