This is my second day on this site. I hope i can keep it up. My anxiety is so bad, wellm I won't call it anxeity anymore, I know what it is. It is fear. It is so bad that I have a hard tie functioning. Oh, I can see to me own needs, but I live in fear of
sojmething else happening to me. So much has the last few years. I get suicidal a good deal, and try hard to be careful with that. 'All for now.

Congratulations on your second day here on PC! I'm sorry you are struggling with so much anxiety & fear. (I know something about these sorts of things as well.) You wrote you get suicidal a good deal. Here are links to 2 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of suicidal thinking:

I'm so sorry you're struggling so hard. I hope you're safe. You might not feel it, but you are so so precious. I'm glad you found this place, there's a whole lot of nice people here, and it's a safe place to share
