Today I'm feeling very anxious , my heart is pounding and my shoulders ache. I don't know what's brought it on today,
maybe lack of sleep due to my son feeling unwell last night.

I'm trying deep breathing and it helps a little . As you
all know it's a horrible sensation.

Hi Debby,

I'm so sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with this anxiety. It really stinks I know.

Are you able to do any excercising...such as walking or stretches or anything like that? Maybe listen to your favorite relaxing music while taking a nice hot shower and stretching out those tight shoulder muscles might help? I find physical work helps with my anxiety at times....cleaning, walking, stuff like that.

I sure hope you feel better soon. Take good care of YOU!
