Yup my dear that is anxiety.

When you feel like your chest is caving in, or getting tight pull back your shoulder blades, that will open up your ribcage and make it easier to breathe.

Dizziness and upset stomach are classic symptoms as well.

For nausea I take anything with ginger in it if it's really bad like ginger capsules, ginger tea, gingerale. That helps tremendously. As for the dizziness the only thing to do with that is to take slow deep breaths and sit if you need too.

Thank you. That is just no fun at all. I was scared because my son was sleeping and I had this fear that if something happened; while no body else was home; what the heck would he do if he woke up and saw mom in trouble. He has problems sleeping and he did wake up. The odd thing was, I went and layed down with him; I felt better. So my guess was, I felt relaxed because I was able to calm down.
Thanks for the advice.
