 I been having a lot  of anxiety due to my niece having a seizure at work and having winter storms as well  losing a new bottle of my anxiety medication.

@Buffy01 - I hope you find your niece is doing better today
I am so sorry about losing your medication; I hope you find it. I once threw away an entire bottle of clonazepam by accident; yeah, and the doc wouldn't refill it other than to prescribe me some low dose Seroquel. Do you think you still have it somewhere in your house?

I've been very anxious lately. I'm having to take .5 mg Klonopin 4 x a day. Usually, I take a .5 in the am and a 1 mg at night. I can take up to 2 mg a day. So I'm within range. I just need it more often. I am going through a med withdrawal. I have a **** NP. So my nerves could be part of that.

I got ghosted by a friend (again), unfortunately this has triggered my social anxiety off. I’m okay at work and with colleagues, or volunteering, but right now I’m seriously considering keeping my distance from people.
