Nothing helps and drs/therapists don't want to talk about it. A Dr in the hospital 30 yrs ago yelled at me cause I told him I was anxious. He threw down his book and yelled at me.
I see Johns Hopkins has an anxiety clinic (but they never helped me, either. They told me to use mindfulness and refused to give me meds).

I saw (or rather heard) the beginning of that creepy smoking ad again. Honestly, if it weren’t for my endless need to see Drew, I’d be streaming everything and not watching commercial TV at all.

Having anxiety, but it isn't as bad as it has been. I haven't had to take a PRN yet. Just my daily anxiety medicine. Hopefully this will be a good change.

Smoked some cannabis I bought online and it made me anxious (not high). It didn't have any Delta-9 THS but Delta-8 THC.

Yesterday I had to go to the store. It wasn't easy, but it turned out ok. I made it home & felt so grateful that I fulfilled this mission.

Thankfully I slept better last night than the night before, as I was anxious about it since I had to run an errand this morning. How I sleep depends on my inconsiderate neighbor above me and what HE'S doing.
 And this deep breathing or box breathing mental health people tout doesn't always work to calm myself.  Why is this presented as a panacea???!!! Anyway I try the breathing to distract myself from thinking about what MIGHT happen and anticipating stuff from above me or the building in general.

I had a very hard time this morning & I kept taking baby steps through the ordeal & I finally got through it. So glad I kept trying & it finally ended ok.
