omg.. i am climbing the walls... i can't think. i eat ativan like candy and i can't sleep. i got The Anxirty & Panic Workbook (good book btw, not dumbed down like most)... and i did the evaluation portion. They said anything over 300 was detrimental to your health... i scored 453.

there has to be a better way to live than this.... a body isn't meant to take this sort of thing... the cortisol released during the anxiety attacks, and the high level of ongoing anxiety is NOT good for me. It can lead to all sorts of things going wrong.

i need out of this... i need a way out

Go out and exercise; that can reduce the levels of cortisol and stuff, even protect you from further panic attacks longer. There's a great chapter in here on anxiety/panic attacks and what exercise can do for it:

I'm sleeping and feeling better since I've been walking every day.

i can't exercise very much i need a way out It's better than it was.. last year i was only allowed to walk for 10 minutes. Now on most days i can walk a lot more than that, but it isnt really enough to work off stress really. i plan to start aqua-aerobics, but until i find a way to bring in money, i just can't afford it

this past weekend i had the worst panic attack i have ever had... i reacted to something so hard that it seemed like a PTSD sort of thing... i have never been dx'd with that, but this has never happened like this before. It scared me to death.

perna, that looks good, i'm going to check into that

I'd do music/music videos or something and "dance" or just go crazy to them or something :-) I may ask for a "wii fit" for my birthday or Christmas.

I'd look for some sort of activity that also distracts.
