There are just too many upsetting things on there. I watch too much. I have to really be careful what I let myself watch.

I get like that too. It's bad. I hate watching the news and sometimes even the clapping on the sitcoms freaks me out. Your not alone. ((((hugs))))

I have almost stopped watching TV. For awhile I was almost addicted to cable news. But after I stopped I feel so much more peaceful. I think growing up I got the message that watching the news was what grownups do and a civic responsibility or something....but not so for me. I feel a lot less depressed and anxious keeping up with things online or in newspapers.

Thank you guys. I was freaked out about something I watched. I'm better now. I have some new books to start on.
