Chemistry is my next class and I keep having panic attacks in there. I'm so scared that I wil end up freaking out on someone. I hate dreading this everyday. I want to cut so bad right now but I'm really trying to keep from doing it. I'm sorry if I posted in the wrong area. I'm already feeling the panic and trying to calm down. I can't afford to skip this class. Oh I hate this

Yes. It's over. We wnt over stuff that we did yesterday so I sorta tuned out besides making sure answers were right but nothing triggered me.

(((((ICKYDOG))))) I'm so sorry your feeling this way. Try to calm yourself by using breathing techniques and visualization. This usually helps me when I'm feeling anxious.
