Be a sceptic. Nobody have looked into lecitin, sounds dubious. Why use money on that.
Fish oil seems to have effect in developing brains, and is otherwise healty. Stick to that.

I have tried pretty much all the supplements that claim to help with ADHD and have had no luck. It just depends on how the supplement reacts in your system. But be careful, herbal supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA.

I'm really skeptic of vitamins. I don't think any vitamin can help ADHD.
Omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil and flaxseed oil have been shown to have modest help in some people with ADHD, but not vitamins.

I think you should try a different medication.

There is no point in buying something that you haven't previously had proven results from, just because it is on a shelf in a shop, but only if it is recommended for your specific condition by a well-qualified professional of some kind. I always find I can't puzzle out things that I would need a professional to analyse and draw solid conclusions about.

Otherwise, we can safely ignore things in relation to our duty to ourselves, but that's just my opinion.

Hey Kikki,
I only take vitamins and supplements for my medical and mental issues.

I checked out lecithin for you, and it can improve memory function. However, if you eat healthy and balanced meals, you should not need a supplement. If you don't, make sure and read labels of what you are eating. It is manly harvested from soy and almost all processed foods have soy lecithin as an ingredient.

I can fill you in on some info if you have questions about alternative medications. I won't have all the answers, but I usually can find the answers (and I cross check them for accuracy with reputable websites - I have OCD too)

I wish you the best
