Good morning! I need to find some ideas of how to keep focused. I can't seem to keep my attention on anything long enough to get it completed. Work is the worst. I know what I have to do but when I start I will think of something else I need/want to do. I take amphetemines for the ADD and several meds for bipolar. I've been on the drugs for awhile and we keep changing them to see if we can get the dose that will keep the focus. I know the drugs work but I "break through" sometimes and that's the problem. My job is not at risk right now but who knows about the future. Any ideas will be gratefully accepted. Driving me nuts!!

Thanks, Ozzie. I am so lucky to find a forum where I can speak the truth and have no one tell me "it's just in your head" (LOL). Driving me nuts!!
