Hi! Are you seeking professional help for official diagnoses? I think that will help.
Actually, some folks have a lot more issues. ![]() |

I know. I am a worrier, too. I try to remember I could have it worse to make myself feel better, so I was hoping that that would help you. I'm sorry if it sounded like I was trivializing your problems. Yes, you do have a lot to deal with. Certainly a lot more than I do.
![]() Let's see if folks here with ADHD have anything to say. Are you wondering if somebody could have ADHD along with your other problems? I certainly think so..... |

Sorry you seem to be stuck with me for trying to help, and I am doing a pitiful job.
![]() In order to get an official diagnosis, you will need to be tested by some professional who does that type of thing. I suggest you call some therapists' offices to see if they know someone. My son was in counseling, and his counselor sent him to a special place for testing. (He did test as ADHD.) Does that help at all? I am so sorry if it doesn't..... ![]() |

Alas, it might be that you'll have to wait.
![]() ADHD can be managed (worked around), and you can try some of the techniques, even though you aren't sure yet if you have it. My son has a 3.4 GPA at a prestigious university, is very active socially, etc. One of the main authors of one of the books that's classic for such problems is a medical doctor. (The book is called "Driven to Distraction.") I don't want you to worry so much. Okay? ![]() |
