There is supplement I've tried called Get Smart brain formula by Smart Nutrition. It contains aniracitam, picamilon, Vinpotecine, hyperzine A, and about 7 other ingredients. It cost about $50 and works pretty good for focus/memory.

If you haven't already, you could try making sure you're getting enough omega 3s to balance out your omega 6 consumption (i.e. the essential fatty acids), and have your doctor check your vitamin D and iron levels. (Be careful though; it's important not to take iron if you don't need it-- get tested. I tested only a couple of points off of anemic, and my doctor has me supplementing for that reason.)

Yes there are natural supplements like omega3 supplements for ADHD.

Herbs that are said to boost memory and increase focus are Adhwagandha (Withania somnifera), Bacopa (Bacopa monnieiri), Gingko (Gingko biloba), and Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis).
