coping with two young boys with adhd and not handling it well any suggestions

Hi there.

Perhaps if you don't mind giving a little bit of information regarding what specifically you're not coping with...it's easier for people to give advice if they have a bit of an idea how you're specifically struggling.

And by the way....welcome to pc. coping with two young boys with adhd and not handling it well any suggestions

Do you have ADHD traits yourself? That can really get in the way, if you do.

also age of boys and if they are on medication or what or how you are treating there adhd

routines is the best way to go stick to things and be firm,do they behave better at school, nursery or family and friends home than yours
