Just wanted to see if others felt this high level of frustration about some traits....

When I am at the movies, I have to sit in the back row because I rock when excited.... I try to stop it but will just find myself doing it. Sometimes if people come sit in the same row they will look at me. I am like "I sit in the back for a reason!!!" But I feel shame about it. That also happens when I am eating out if the place is too noisy. I know it is just part of who I am but the shame runs very deep.

Another thing is when at the movies I am enchanted by the lights on the ceiling. Sometimes I will find myself missing the movie because I am just looking at the ceiling lights.... URRRR!!!

Anyone have input on these things?

Well then don't go to the cinema and wait for the DVD to come out. Then you can watch your favourite films alone at home. No one will judge you!
