Hello, there.
If someone has autism spectrum (also Asperger's syndrome), does medication really effective in collateral psychosis? Is there any way without medicine to cure psychosomatic illnesses incidental to autism spectrum?

Autism is not cured, as far as I know. Medications are only given to help specific symptoms. I don't think people with autism have psychosis. If they do have psychosis it is co-morbid, it is along side of autism or in addition to autism. In those cases antipsychotics are given and they can be very effective. What symptoms are you calling psychosomatic? I'm just not sure of your question.

I accept that Autism spectrum is not cured. Psychosomatic which I mentioned means bad condition like depression, sleeplessness or drowsiness etc. It doesn't mean particular illness likes shizophrenia etc.
I was diagnosed as autism spectrum, but I have not been told that I have particular mental illness. However, I have been troubled with my bad condition. I try to explain how I am suffering to the doctor, but I think that he never understand me. Furthermore, the medicine I took always causes me some trouble like heavy sleepiness, inactive brain work etc. I have strong interest in mathematics and physics or other what is called study. But, my bad condition prevents me from them. It is so hard for me. It cause me heavy depression and hopelessness. I want to tell the doctor whole of my situation, but he don't try to listen. He just try to use medicine to me. I can't understand that. In fact, I could feel effect of some of medicine doctor used on sleeplessness and sensitiveness to lights and sounds etc. But, most medicine cause me side effects. My condition never get better so far. I don't know how to solve my problems and I doubt medication. I am sorry for my poor English.
