I'm a black young male and I have autism and I always notice I feel a certain type of way. I can't describe it or call it depression or anxiety like most people do. It comes in and goes like waves. I've also been judged by so many people and got blocked by a bunch of people on social media, or deleted and muted. It just doesn't feel nice, what should I do?

@isitreallyworthit welcome to MSF. I am sorry to hear you are not well understood by others. That must be rough to deal with.

Glad you joined the community. If you care to the Autism forum may also be a good place to find like minds. https://mysupportforums.org/autism-a...er-s-syndrome/

It seems like an active supportive community. @CANDC
