I took a shower today!. number 2

I’m about to get in the shower, I have a stress test tomorrow I need to get up for. I’d rather shower now than the morning

I took a shower tonight. I am in bed early. Don’t take my pills until 9. I always feel good after I shower. It’s the drying off that gets me.

Took a shower after the gym today, felt really good to take care of myself after a really good workout.

If have bipolar symptoms disorder & Ankylosing Spondylitis, a serious rheumatoid condition. I am in pain constantly from bonds becoming tight like steel. There is no cure and no real medical treatment or answers. I am in arthritis pain all the time. If I am overweight my spine is pulled like a chicken bone pulled apart utile it snaps my spine is rough and brittle. It’s difficult for me to walk and even get up from a chair. I use a walker and a cane. I have gained weight. This morning I will not eat anything more. Yesterday I ate 1/2 a pizza with 1/2 gallon of pop. This is horrible for me. Today I vow not to eat anything like yesterday. I have a friend who had a stroke and he overeats and he had a stroke. If you think this is normal or easy, you are wrong. I will not overeat today. I am 5’7” and 210 lb. I am more concerned with how I feel than how I look. I am not going back to eating like I did. This morning will be my test.

Took my Sunday shower, my second one since having the stress test and still I have stubborn patches of that sticky stuff they used to glue the patches to me. Scrubbed myself red too! But I smell good.

Just had a wonderful shower after coming home after a long day! Just felt good and always feels really good.

Took a shower a couple of hours ago even though I was so exhausted but had to do it. Felt immediately better that I did!

I showered about an hour ago. My therapist talked to me about intutive showering. Just doing it whenever I get the energy. I have 2 appointments in the morning.

Took a shower just now with my new piercing! Rinsed it with saline spray and dried it with two special cotton swabs.

I took a shower yesterday. I had gotten up at 6am for some reason then decided to take a shower since I was up. But went back to bed with wet hair.
I slept until 9 am. and got up to a normal day.
