I took a shower this evening. washed hair and brushed it out not that long just to jaw line. I will sleep in with my hair wet hopefully it will be done by the morning. if not then I can just blow dry it.

I wasn't going to take one but I smelled bad even after putting a different shirt on. So I got in and I felt a lot better. It had been a couple days. Or 3 maybe

I took a shower today and washed my hair.I am starting to see some hair loss. That is one of the side effects of zepbound weight loss injections that I have been taking for10 weeks. I have lost 14 pounds.
