I took a shower this evening. washed hair and brushed it out not that long just to jaw line. I will sleep in with my hair wet hopefully it will be done by the morning. if not then I can just blow dry it.

I wasn't going to take one but I smelled bad even after putting a different shirt on. So I got in and I felt a lot better. It had been a couple days. Or 3 maybe

I took a shower today and washed my hair.I am starting to see some hair loss. That is one of the side effects of zepbound weight loss injections that I have been taking for10 weeks. I have lost 14 pounds.

I took a really nice shower today - it feel good to be refreshed. Sometimes I skip a day, but I couldn't do that today. I feel really good!

I read a comprehensive list of MDD symptoms. I had experienced most, but not all of the symptoms associated with severe MDD. Aquaphobia was on the list. I know that alcoholics feel this. A friend from the old neighborhood died of alcoholism and he confided his fear of water to me. Animals infected with rabies develop it. I developed it during a severe episode of MDD. The thought of taking a shower was repulsive, and it had a seriously negative effect on my hygiene. It's embarrassing and humbling to remember incidents where I had to be counseled for
body odor. Today, every shower is a celebration of life! |

Took a shower today when I was really reluctant to. Really glad I did, I felt so much better!

I took a shower and washed my hair.I hate getting into the shower but once I am in there it feels good to feel clean! I did not know that there is a name for not taking showers. I have an aversion to them. When ever my hair starts to look bad then I take a shower.could be a few days or a week.
