Can a Panic Attack help trigger a down cycle, I'm going down fast, can't control tears, wish this we're never happening

Yes Love, a panic attack is very much a trigger. It is for me. It takes everything right our of you, experiencing that intense fear, panic and feeling like your dieing is depressing. Plus, the chemical reaction that takes place in the body when a panic attack happens leaves the body tense, drained, sore, trembling, on and on and on.

I feel for you Ang. Panic attacks are the second biggiest culprit in my bp illness, insomnia being the first, which perpetuates the panic attacks if I go long enough without any sleep.

Just try to relax, take it easy and don't do anything right now that could make you uncomfortable or uneasy.
I love you, I'm thinking of you and I'm praying for you daily. TgrsPurr. xo

Hello, Ang.

Hope you are feeling better and that this has since passed. For me depending on where the Panic Attack occurs and the situation at hand especially in public, can really cause very much embarrasment of the attack which is followed by feelings of guilt and then a major downswing and I run home fast as I can and shut myself in my safe place.

I guess in some Panic Attacks I have had for example a 300 pound person running the best a 300 pound person can run right up out of Walmart Supercenter. This is one of the embarrasing things which panic has led to a major downswing....

I hope you get feeling better soon.- Chris

Purr and Kris put it much more eloquently, but essentially, panic attacks really suck. I've had them occasionally beginning a few years ago. I just wanted to tell you I am glad you're feeling better.
