There is a film called "Dark Glasses & Kaleidoscopes - Living With Manic Depression" that is available through the National Depressive and Manic-Depressive Association. I have had it for sometime, but watched it again today. It is informative, and interestingly enough covers symptoms I didn't have when I first learned I had BP.

This film, which lasts 33 minutres is an excellent tool to show friends and family to help them understand BP and offers tips on how we can better manage the disease.

For more info call: 1-800-826-3632.
