So I've been in a Topamax stupor for the last 2-3 weeks and here's what else has happened:

- Sinus Infection
- Spent this past Wednesday in hospital. Thought I had kidney stones. Had UTI and a couple other infections. Was dehydrated. Had CT scan. No kidney stones, but there was a mass behind my right kidney. Have to go back to Primary Care Physician to get another CT scan with contrast.
- Went to work for a while on Thursday. Had a meeting with HR because I've been out a lot lately....duh....was given FLMA paperwork to fill out. Then I kind of lost it, because they were relating this incident to the last one that was totally mental, where as this one was all actual physical in nature.
- Went to T that afternoon. He told me I wasn't making any sense, and to go home and to sleep until Monday morning. Also, that people aren't out to get me, they do want to help, so I should let them.
- Friday went to Psych out with Topamax, welcome back Seroquel. Yay for sleep!

Over the past 3 weeks I have noticed how by taking Topamax, I had become more detached from reality and not able to relate to people. Then there's the whole feeling of having half of a frontal lobe lobotomy that took 97% of my brains processing skills with it.

Maybe the last week of April will be better.

My goodness when it rains it pours doesn't it. So sorry ((QueenAccountant)) you're not well and I pray those tests come out all clear. You know what's good for sinus infections - a sinus rinsing sytem - Neilmed makes 2 different kinds. I hope you feel better soon and take good care of yourself and rest.

Yeah, I got one of the Neilmed ones, and they gave me an rx for Flonase which has been helping.

I'm starting to feel better now, but I do have to remember to not over-exert myself tomorrow. Just because I feel a little better doesn't mean I'm on Batman level yet.

And to stop thinking about things too much, but my brain won't shut up.
Thanks for this!

If you use the Neilmed, the squirt bottle kind works better than the teapot looking one(sounds odd doesn't it lol). It's not good to use if one side is completely blocked though. I hope you'll have Batman energy and strength soon .......da, da, da danna Batmannnn.
