Hi there - does anyone have any resources I can use to read up on coping skills? I know it can be quite personal, as we all react differently, but I'd really like to try work on it. I tend to spin out of control which is detrimental to my career and relationships. I tend to also wear my hear ton my sleeve, which makes it even harder to just pretend.

See if any of this helps:

Look around the site too, but these are a couple of the relevant sections on Distress Tolerance.
