Its been awhile since posting, about a month, and have been down, not so much depressed really, sort of blank , dont know if that makes sense to anyone... outside looking in sums it up pretty well, lonely... sounds pathetic? Here i hope to find some others with which to talk with, mutual support, as i ask for this i might not be so great at it myself...im not even sure if anyone remembers me!! Will try to be more consistant in reading and writing posts, need to be more connected to others... take care

Sorry you feel that way but I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I think I am on the outside looking in. It is a weird feeling and I don't like it much. There are a lot of great people here so hopefully you will be able to connect with us all!

Remember you???? Of course!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally know what you mean about blank. I've been there (and "actively" depressed if you will, ugh) myself lately. Somehow can manage writing responses, but can't quite get to the posting. Really should. Just can't.
When you say, "outside looking in", that's totally it. Been calling mine "outside of outside". Really should write, just can't seem to. Anyway... off on a rabbit trail (what? whod'a thunk it?)
Glad to see you back and posting. Know what you mean about connecting. It's important and sometimes hard to do. Post and respond when you can... we probably all understand how that can be sometimes.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I think we all go through those episodes. But you've definitely come to the right place to find support.
Keep yourself occupied as much as possible while you feel this way - do a puzzle, scrapbooking, crosswords, take a walk in the park... anything to engage your mind, emotions and brain.
I know it may seem the easiest way out, but sitting at home on your own really is not healthy if you are in this frame of mind.

I hope you feel better soon (((HUGS)))
Thanks for this!

I understand how you feel. If you need to talk, feel free to personal message me. Sometimes I feel so lonely, even though there are people around me. Try not to isolate yourself and know that we all know what you are going through. Keep posting!
Thanks for this!
