What is your main problem these days?

Could be financial, health wise, relationships? If there's one thing you'd like to 'fix' right now, what is it?

financial - worry about potential problems more than current problems.
anxiety, anxiety, anxiety - I am trying to do the things I talked about with my therapist but so far it hasn't helped all that much.

Financial worries...

My parents have both been made redundant and I am the only one in the house who works 30 hours a week. My work were meant to give me more hours but they haven't so I am raging...

SO.... financial and stress worries!!

This weeird dizzy, sleepy, spacey, weakish, sickish feeling I have had for the last few days. I can hardly stay awake, and when I am awake, I feel like my insides are shaking and that I am dizzy and might fall down. It is not quite feeling faint, but it is almost there. Turning my head is killer.

Lately? Trying to mentally hold it together. Major stressors are beating me down and freaking me out, but I keep trying to get up. Sometimes more successfully than others.

For the last 10 years my bipolar has become Mixed or dysphoric. It has been the proverbial living hell and it has impacted everything I do or try to do.

My biggest problem is that while I am dealing with it I am afraid that one day soon I am going to implode!

When not depressive, I tend to jump into projects that look interesting and where I can use my experience. A natural enthusiast, but sometimes I choke

I'm reeeeally tired of going through weeks or months of fog. I might even be willing to give up the weeks or months of mania that follow in order to even things out.

Massive financial problems as well as the inability to get out of a mixed stated. I could care less what other people think of me so that's not a problem. I am just so angry all the time.

Well I have also experienced all of what you are stating. Maybe we could offer some help?

I know when it comes to money you need to give it over to someone you trust and put yourself on an allowance. Really it helps.

If you are effected negatively by money than do the work to earn it and allow a trusted person, your spouse, parents, a financial institution or consultant to pay your bills and give you so much per week or month.

Being in the fog? Well there is no direct answer to that. However I will suggest to try and reduce your obligations or expectations during those periods as best you can.

Your my wife hating you is a tough one-LOL although in reality I know that is not funny.

Yeah, lexaproman, have got to agree on this one. I've been in a major league fog recently, and with one (unrelated to below) thing I've been beating myself over about for quite some time? I've decided to just let that go for awhile. There's just waaaay too much else on the plate right now. Can't do it all at once.
(My main problem though? Exactly the same as before. Damn. Nothing for it but to accept that I have no control over the situation atm, and to see where it goes. Easier said than done.)
